3. Phone Number Ownership and Management

Users can buy phone numbers and assign them to their AI agents. The number remains the property of the user for as long as they pay the required purchase and maintenance fees. Users may remove their assigned numbers at any time and retrieve them if needed, subject to availability and applicable fees.

4. Data Collection and Storage

By using our services, you consent to our collection and storage of:

• Call records and summaries.
• Contact lists provided by users.
• Personal account details (email, username, password, phone number).
• Any additional data required for the functionality of our services.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must ensure they have consent from contacts before initiating outbound calls. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. Any misuse of the service, including spamming or fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited.

7. Fees and Payments

Users are required to pay a one-time purchase fee for phone numbers. To maintain ownership, a monthly maintenance fee applies, but only if the number was used in the previous month. Additionally, users must add credit to their account to make calls, as call minutes are charged accordingly.
