All purchases made on our platform are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Credits added to user accounts
- Phone number slot purchases
- Monthly maintenance fees
Refunds will only be considered in the case of a verified malfunction in our system that prevents us from delivering the agreed-upon service. In such cases, users must contact our support team with details, and we will investigate accordingly. If the issue is confirmed to be on our side and service was not delivered as promised, a full or partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
We do not offer refunds for user-side errors, misuse, or failure to comply with service requirements.
