1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases made on our platform are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Credits added to user accounts
  • Phone number slot purchases
  • Monthly maintenance fees

Refunds will only be considered in the case of a verified malfunction in our system that prevents us from delivering the agreed-upon service. In such cases, users must contact our support team with full details, and we will investigate accordingly. If the issue is confirmed to be on our side and the service was not delivered as promised, a full or partial refund may be granted at our sole discretion.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient balance to cover ongoing service fees. If the balance is too low to cover monthly maintenance, the service may be interrupted without notice.

If a phone number slot is not activated or used within 30 days of purchase, or if the account lacks sufficient credit to pay the required monthly fees, the slot will be automatically cancelled and made available to other users.

If a user chooses to cancel the service manually, no refunds will be issued. The service will continue to operate as long as there is enough credit in the user’s account to cover associated costs.
